  • Uni-Directional Pressure Regulator - Ensures safe release of steam away from you.

  • Gasket Release System - Release the excess pressure safely. It is activated in the event of any blockage in the vent tube.

  • Zero Pressure Device (ZPD) - Ensures that the cooker remains locked until the pressure inside drops to zero.

  • Multifunctional Safety Plug - ZPD also houses the Special heat sensitive alloy which melts when the pressure / temperature goes beyond the safe level. Also acts as an anti implosion device during rapid cooling by allowing air inside preventing build up of vacuum.
